We'd rather lose a sale than cut a corner. These are the rules our Kissimmee counters follow every day — and what we expect from customers walking in.
Adults 21 and over
Green House Smoke Shop sells tobacco, nicotine and vape products to adults 21 and over only. Florida law (Chapter 569, Florida Statutes) and federal law set 21 as the minimum age for tobacco and nicotine products. We ID every customer and we refuse the sale when an ID cannot be verified.
Valid photo ID required
We accept an unexpired government-issued photo ID: a state driver's license or ID card, a US or foreign passport, or a military ID. We do not accept photographs or digital copies of IDs, expired IDs, or third-party vouching. Presenting false identification to purchase these products is a violation of Florida law.
No sales to minors, no proxy purchases
We do not sell to anyone under 21 and we refuse any sale we believe is being made on behalf of a minor. Our staff may decline a transaction at their discretion.
In-store sales only
We do not sell, ship or deliver tobacco, nicotine, vape or hemp-derived products online. Florida and federal rules restrict remote sale and shipment of these products, including the federal PACT Act requirements for ENDS products. Everything is sold face to face at our Kissimmee counters.
Hemp-derived products (THCA, Delta-8, CBD)
Hemp-derived products are sold to adults 21 and over in accordance with Florida's hemp program (Section 581.217, Florida Statutes) and applicable federal law. Selection changes with supply and regulation. Products are sold as-is; we make no medical or therapeutic claims, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Manufacturer labels and available certificates of analysis can be reviewed in store.
Health warning
Tobacco and nicotine products are addictive and harmful to health. Products containing nicotine are not for use by minors, pregnant or breastfeeding people, or anyone with a medical condition affected by nicotine. Do not drive or operate machinery while impaired.
No prices online, availability changes
This website is informational. It is not a price list, catalog or order form, and it is not an offer to sell. Brands, flavors, sizes and availability change frequently — the store counter is the only accurate source.
Discount terms
The GREENHOUSE15 offer is 15% off eligible regular-price merchandise, valid in store only at our two Kissimmee locations, for customers 21 and over with valid ID. Exclusions apply, it cannot be combined with other offers, and it may be withdrawn at any time.
Returns and exchanges
For health, safety and legal reasons, tobacco, nicotine, vape and hemp-derived products are final sale. Defective devices are handled according to the manufacturer's warranty; bring your receipt and the original packaging to the store where you bought the item.
No vaping or smoking inside the store
Under the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act (Chapter 386, Florida Statutes), which since 2019 also covers vaping, there is no smoking or vaping inside our stores. We do not offer in-store sampling of nicotine or hemp-derived products.
Licensed retailer, listed products only
Both stores hold the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco retail tobacco products dealer permit and the retail nicotine products dealer permit required by Chapter 569, Florida Statutes. We stock nicotine dispensing devices from the state's published directory of permitted products, and we remove anything that leaves it.
Local compliance
Our Kissimmee stores operate under applicable City of Kissimmee and Osceola County licensing, Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation rules for retail tobacco, and Florida Clean Indoor Air Act requirements.
